SMT production line workshop planning solution analysis

Workshop requirements are considered to meet the following requirements:
a, anti-static requirements on the ground, (the epoxy floor is still PVC, check the information yourself, the PVC is more beautiful and durable);
b. Consider the ground load-bearing requirements according to the equipment requirements (primarily solder paste printing equipment, ask equipment manufacturers and plant planners);

2. Planned SMT production line equipment
The plan is to newly install two identical SMT production lines, supplementing: solder paste printer / placement machine / reflow oven.
The maximum width of the equipment in the production line is 2.0 meters, and the total length of all equipment is 17 meters. Consider the subsequent planning and add a production line (the line body equipment is similar).
a. SMT equipment should avoid the uprights and maintain a certain interval from them. The interval is for the equipment to pass through at least one feeder car after it is loaded with materials;
b. The outer frame of SMT equipment should be distinguished by zebra crossing. The distance between the zebra crossing and the equipment is that the equipment shall extend more than 50 cm after the equipment is loaded with materials;
c. The best distance between the two production lines is 1.2 meters or more between the outer frames;
d. An inspection and repair area is generally planned at the end of the line, and quality inspectors can conduct random inspections at the end of the line.
Based on the above considerations, the length of each production line should be at least 17 meters (regardless of the condition of the line head aisle and the line end kanban area), and the width should be more than 3 meters (the placement machine has two-sided materials).
