Technical features:
a. Control part: PLC+touch screen control, simple programming and convenient operation; self-developed operating software, convenient maintenance. When editing the working spraying program, the operator can manually adjust the height of the spray valve according to the height of the components on the PCB, and set the spraying range in the software according to the different dimensions of the PCB. The soaking glue valve can be selected when spraying without a workpiece, which can effectively prevent the glue gun and hose from being blocked due to the drying up of the glue.
b. Frame part: The frame is made of full sheet metal bending design, which is strong and durable; the sheet metal is completed by electrostatic powder spraying and baking powder technology, which is beautiful and easy to clean.
c. Working part: Servo motor drives the working part of the synchronous belt module to move, which is more stable and precise. The upper and lower working parts of the rubber valve are fixed, and the height can be adjusted manually. The spray valve uses a high-precision small atomizing spray valve, and the spray width is adjustable.
d. Conveying part: The conveying direction is from left to right. The power adopts electronic speed control motor with reduction box, and the conveying speed range is 0-3.5 m/min. The self-developed aluminum conveying line is convenient and beautiful, and the conveying method is chain Transmission, the conveying width can be manually adjusted by linear guide rail, with higher adjustment accuracy, the adjustment range is 50-450 mm; the chain is a 3-point stainless steel chain with a stopper and a long pin.
e. Gluing device: 10L plastic storage tank with manual mixing function and 2L stainless steel cleaning tank made in Taiwan.
f. Soaking device: using ordinary stainless steel cups, ingenious design and easy to replace.
