Reasons: Fluctuations in air pressure, improper setting of the glue dispensing time, or changes in the viscosity of the glue.
Solution:
Adjust the intake pressure to 10-20psi lower than the minimum pressure in the factory, and avoid using the pressure in the lower range of the pressure gauge.
Extend the glue dispensing time (it is recommended to be no less than 15/1000 seconds), and ensure that the control pressure of the glue valve is ≥60psi;
Calibrate the air pressure system regularly and use glue with stable viscosity.
Optimization suggestions:
Change the pipe diameter from 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch and shorten the pipe length to reduce resistance;
Increase the rubber extraction speed of the rubber valve and ensure that the rubber outlet matches the high-speed requirements with the air pressure parameters;
Use low-viscosity glue or heat the glue to 23-25℃ (the equipment needs to support temperature control function).
