PMP modulation profile measurement technology
Using advanced phase profile modulation measurement technology (PMP), 8-bit grayscale resolution, reaching a detection resolution of 0.37 microns. Perform high-precision 3D and 2D measurement of solder paste printing.
Whole board inspection
Fully automatic whole board inspection and manual measurement capability. Automatically detect the volume, area, height, XY position of all solder pastes that need to be detected and automatically check for process defects such as missing printing, less tin, more tin, bridging, offset, bad shape, etc. Direct import supports Gerber Format (274x, 274d) format, manual Teach mode.
